- Resolve shipping-related issues, including delays, damages, and customs clearance issues, in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor and track shipments using freight tracking systems, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in freight forwarding and logistics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Freight Forwarding Agent or in a similar role within the logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and freight forwarding operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in freight forwarding software and systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
